SECTION 01
Information We May Collect
Hangzhou Qincai Cultural Development Co., Ltd., trading as Havenpeaka™, may process information that identifies you or can reasonably be associated with you. What we receive depends on the features you use, the information you provide, and the services enabled for your visit.
- Contact information: name, email, telephone number, billing details, and delivery address.
- Order records: items selected, quantities, payments, delivery references, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Account information: account identifiers, preferences, and authentication-related details.
- Support communications: questions, descriptions of product issues, and photos or records you choose to provide.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, page interactions, and related event records.
- Payment-related data: information needed by Shopify and the checkout payment providers to authorize and process the purchase.
Payment credentials should be entered through checkout, not sent to support by email.
SECTION 02
How Information Is Collected
Some information comes directly from you when you place an order, create or use an account, ask for help, or submit a review. Other information is generated when your browser interacts with store pages and the services that support them.
We may also receive relevant records from Shopify, payment services, carriers, fulfillment partners, and other providers involved in your transaction. Where analytics or advertising services are enabled, they may provide event or campaign information subject to applicable permissions and privacy choices.
SECTION 03
Why We Use Personal Information
We use relevant information to operate the store and respond to the actions you request. Purposes may include:
- Authorizing payment, checking an order, and arranging dispatch and delivery.
- Sending confirmations, tracking updates, and important transaction notices.
- Answering product questions and investigating defects, returns, or missing parcels.
- Managing accounts, refunds, disputes, and customer preferences.
- Detecting fraud, securing systems, troubleshooting, and improving the shopping experience.
- Providing permitted marketing or measuring advertising effectiveness.
- Keeping records required for taxation, accounting, compliance, or legal claims.
The information used for a particular purpose depends on its relevance and any restrictions imposed by law.
SECTION 04
Cookies & Similar Technologies
Cookies, pixels, logs, and similar tools can support shopping carts, checkout, account access, preference storage, security, analytics, and advertising where used. Some are necessary for the requested store functions; others may depend on consent or available opt-out choices.
Use the store's available privacy controls and browser settings to manage these technologies. Blocking necessary storage may affect account, cart, or checkout behavior. Choices can be specific to a browser or device, so clearing cookies or changing devices may require you to set them again.
Where required, non-essential processing must respect applicable notice, consent, withdrawal, and opt-out requirements.
SECTION 05
Service Providers & Disclosure
Information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to provide a service, administer an order, or meet a legal obligation. Recipients can include:
- Shopify and other commerce or hosting providers.
- Payment processors and financial institutions.
- Carriers, warehouses, and fulfillment partners.
- Customer-support and communication services.
- Security, fraud-prevention, and analytics providers.
- Advertising providers where enabled and permitted.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, or authorities where appropriate.
Information may also be involved in a corporate reorganization, financing, business sale, or similar transaction, subject to applicable protections. A provider's independent processing may be governed by its own notice.
SECTION 06
Sale, Sharing & Targeted Advertising
Certain disclosures for cross-site advertising can be classified as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under U.S. state privacy laws even when no cash payment is exchanged. Whether this applies depends on the services actually used and the relevant law.
Eligible visitors may use Your Privacy Choices or contact us to exercise applicable opt-out rights. The store's privacy system may recognize supported preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable. An opt-out can affect targeted advertising without stopping necessary order processing or all advertising.
SECTION 07
AppLovin Advertising Services
This section applies if AppLovin advertising services are enabled for the store; it does not state that an integration is currently active. Such services can support ad delivery, conversion measurement, attribution, and campaign optimization.
Depending on the integration and permissions, data may include technical identifiers, shopping events, purchase information, and contact or approximate location fields supplied for advertising purposes. The exact processing depends on the configured service and the visitor's choices.
Applicable notice, consent, and opt-out requirements continue to apply. AppLovin explains its processing and request options in the AppLovin Privacy Policy. Contact us if you need clarification about the advertising services used for your interaction.
SECTION 08
Shopify
Shopify supplies the commerce platform that enables this store and its checkout. It processes information needed to deliver and maintain those services. Depending on features used, Shopify may also process information for its own purposes under its privacy notices.
Information about Shopify's role and available rights can be found in its Consumer Privacy Policy and Privacy Portal. Contact us for requests concerning the information we control.
SECTION 09
Data Retention
We retain relevant information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it is processed, including order administration, after-sales support, fraud review, accounting, taxation, disputes, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Retention is not identical for every category. The type of record, transaction history, legal requirements, and need to establish or defend a claim can affect how long it is kept. A deletion request may be subject to lawful retention exceptions.
SECTION 10
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may be entitled to:
- Access information about the personal data held about you.
- Correct inaccurate information or request deletion.
- Receive an available portable copy of certain records.
- Opt out of qualifying sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.
- Withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
- Appeal a decision on a privacy request.
- Exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.
Rights can have exceptions and verification requirements. Where applicable, people in the EEA or UK may also object to or request restriction of processing. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.
SECTION 11
Submitting a Privacy Request
Email service@havenpeaka.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject. Explain the right you wish to exercise and provide enough account or order information for us to locate the relevant records. Do not include full card credentials or unnecessary identity documents.
We may request proportionate verification. An authorized agent may act where allowed, but we may need evidence of authority and direct confirmation from you. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes. If an appeal is available, reply with the original request details and explain why you seek review.
SECTION 12
Marketing Communications
You may opt out of promotional email using the unsubscribe facility in the message or by contacting support. Where consent is required for a marketing channel, the relevant consent rules apply.
Unsubscribing from promotions does not stop necessary messages about an order, payment, delivery, return, security issue, or an inquiry you have made. Those communications help us provide the transaction or service requested.
SECTION 13
Information Security
Reasonable organizational and technical safeguards are used to support the protection of information. Nevertheless, electronic storage and internet transmission cannot be made completely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Keep login credentials private, use secure devices and connections, and report suspected unauthorized activity. Our support team does not need your full payment-card number, card security code, or online-banking password by email. Redact unnecessary sensitive details from supporting documents.
SECTION 14
Children's Privacy
The store is intended for general shopping and is not directed at children. We do not seek to collect children's information in violation of applicable law or knowingly engage in prohibited sale or sharing of their information.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has supplied information inappropriately, contact us with enough details to identify the concern. We will review the matter and take the steps required by applicable law.
SECTION 15
International Processing
Our operator is located in China, and Shopify and other providers may operate in additional countries. Information can therefore be processed or stored outside the country from which you use the store. Local privacy rules may differ between those locations.
Where a transfer is subject to specific legal safeguards, the applicable requirements govern it. For relevant EEA or UK transfers, this may involve recognized contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism where required.
SECTION 16
Third-Party Services & Links
A link or embedded service may lead to an independent website, payment service, platform, or other provider. Information you choose to give that provider is also subject to its own terms and privacy notice.
We do not control every third party's privacy or security practices. Read its notice before providing information. Posting a public review or similar public content can make the information in that submission visible to other visitors.
SECTION 17
Changes to This Policy
We may revise this notice to reflect changes in store features, service providers, information practices, or legal requirements. The version on this page carries its update date.
Where a material change requires further notice or consent, we will provide it as required. Questions about a revision, a privacy choice, or a request can be sent to the contact details below.
